The Grange Co - Op

This new construction project included a steel structural build inside of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building for The Grange Co-Op Headquarters. Outlier completed this 61,250 sf Design-Build project that also included concrete foundation and site work. They worked closely with the client and design team. This large-scale metal building was erected on a fast-track timeline with a very tight budget. The Outlier team coordinated jurisdictions with Jackson County, including DEQ, Rogue Valley Sanitation and Sewage, Medford Water District, Pacific Power, and Avista Utilities.
