The Holly Theater

“Holly Finishes” is a negotiated lump sum final phase of construction improvements to the historic Holly Theatre.  Scope of improvements include but are not limited to completion of permitted improvements, fire / life / safety, ADA accessibility, and a multitude of finishes.  Finishes include drywall, paint, Homasote sound boards, and faux painting throughout the auditorium walls and ceiling.
