The Outlier Team offers a variety of Construction services as outlined below. During the construction phase, we work closely with the owner, architect and all subcontractors to ensure that a project stays on schedule and on budget. After the project is complete, we take every precaution to ensure that the project meets the owner’s expectations. We warranty all of our work for a one-year period, and we maintain ongoing contact with the owners, ensuring their satisfaction. Detailed As-Built drawings and extensive product warranty information is provided and explained at evert project close-out.
